Corrib Bakery now stock exclusively from “The Food Store”  Claremorris,  a beautiful range of artisan breads and confectionery delivered fresh every morning.  The Food Store has an established reputation for producing consistently high quality products, using high quality ingredients from established local suppliers such as free range Claremorris eggs, NCF buttermilk and Irish Flour.  All products are preservatives free and hand moulded.  Many of the products are yeast free. We also have products with spelt flour for dietary requirements. Corrib oil is proud that we are the exclusive retailers for the Food store and are fully committed to quality and freshness always. We also provide an order and pick up service for customers who wish to order cakes for that special occasion, ( 3 days notice needed to avoid disappointment).

Why not try our signature treacle bread made the old fashioned way, our sugar free healthy brown bread, and of course our brown soda bread that will take you back in time! Why not try our crusty old fashioned batch loaves, slice them the way you like it! We also stock an extensive range of fresh apple and rhubarb tarts, fresh cream éclairs, beautiful muffins or even a brownie for that weekend treat.  Try out our crusty French baguettes in our delis and taste the difference.  To complement our breads we also stock a fantastic range of homemade jams and preserves produced by Westport grove jams.
