Deli Manager Required (Mayo Area)

We are currently looking for an experienced Deli Manager to work in the Mayo area.
 
Duties include: 

• A commitment to providing excellent standards of customer care is essential.

• Increase sales, minimise stock loss and maintain profit margin.

• Maintain the highest standard of hygiene and service within a customer focused environment.

• To demonstrate experience in managing, developing and motivating a team within the fresh food environment
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Will be enthusiastic and have a good work ethic.

• Will have previous experience in fresh food/deli management.

• A flair for food and the desire to excel in customer care is a must. 

• Excellent communication skills & good English essential

• Understanding of food budgets and profit margins 

• Knowledge of HACCP  

• Excellent customer service skills as well as being a team player
