Due to continued company expansion, Corrib Oil are seeking to recruit an Engineer to join the

team based in Parkmore, Co. Galway

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and design changes to existing sites – must be proficient using CAD
    • Work as a partner with local management to develop changes to sites that will enhance site profitability
    • Draft drawings for locally agreed projects to include changing/ upgrading/renovating/extending existing sites
    • Manage projects from initial concept through tender process and execution ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Project Management
    • Project planning and resource management, Liaise with clients, sub-contractors and in- house project
    • Facilitate project communications and reports;
    • Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
  • Vendor management
    • Manage/own budget for maintenance/repairs of oil equipment across the group including managing service levels of third-party maintenance provider
  • Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with our Quality Assurance and Management Systems

Technical requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent
  • 3 years post-graduation experience
  • Experience of project management
  • Experience of quantity surveying
  • Good knowledge of H&S legislation
  • Must be proficient using CAD
