Terms & Conditions
1. All entries for The Corrib Oil Women in Farming Awards 2019 must be completed and dropped to any Corrib Oil location or posted to Corrib Oil, Unit 16, Galway Technology Park, Parkmore, Galway by Friday 5th of July 2019.
2. Entries will be judged by a panel of judges.
3. The 3 finalists will be contacted before the 26th of July 2019 to arrange a visit to their farm by the judges prior to The Final. The finalists must be able to facilitate a Farm Visit by the Judges as part of the judging process. If they are unable to then another finalist will be chosen.
4. The final will take Place at The National Ploughing Championships - Ballintrane, Fenagh, Co Carlow. The date and time will be confirmed the week before the National Ploughing Championships.
5. All decisions of the Organisers shall be final and the Organisers shall not enter into any correspondence, dialogue and/or otherwise with any person regarding any aspect of the Competition.
6. No acknowledgement of the entry will be provided by the Organisers.
7. If the person chosen as the finalist is unable to make the date, time and location as outlined another finalist will be picked instead.
8. The person chosen as the finalist is the only person allowed to complete the final Women in Farming Competition at the National Ploughing Championships.
9. Finalists are encouraged to have family/friends present to support them at the final.
10. The finalist will be informed of the rules of the final competition that will take place.
11. Entrants must be over 18 years.
12. If the entrant wins an award it grants permission to the organisers to use any photographs, video, sound, written or other material as it sees fit and without restriction.
